Both the username and password fields are case sensitiveType them exactly as shown below — capitalization matters.
Your Username
First initial (capitalized) followed by last name (capitalized)
Example — Nicole Smith would be NSmith
Your Password
The word Payroll (capital P), the last four digits of your Social Security number, then an exclamation mark
Example — Payroll1234!
First-Time Login
You will be prompted to set a new password and security questions
Important — press the floppy disk icon in the top-left corner to save your changes
If you don't save, your new password and security questions won't take effect and you'll be locked out next time.
