Harbor Loft

End-to-end workflow for Harbor Loft units — measuring through Mark, ordering glass / IGUs from Thermal Seal, and scheduling installations across the Vamp and Daly buildings.

How to Input Measurements

  • Go to HL Tracker
  • Select the Vamp or Daly building
  • Check the grey-circle filter — set to Not Measured and sort numerically
  • When Mark sends back the report of measured units, click each Unit # and enter the measurementsWidth + Height, then Thickness + Vertical.

How to Order Glass / IGU (Units)

Order the units that are green.

  • Generate the cut sheet (all green)Check all unit boxes, then click Generate on the right side.
  • Go to the supplier in Smart Glazier (Thermal Seal)Click New Purchase → Invoice ref#: Harbor Loft → enter PO# → email the PDF to Thermal Seal.
  • Go back to the PO#Add a New Sundry → input the number of units on the PDF / Units Measured.

When Glass Shipment Is Received

  • Go into HL Tracker and choose the correct building
  • Mark units Production Complete
  • Schedule installationsAsk Mark for availability — Thursdays.
  • Group installations by floor — 7–9 units a day
  • In Google Drive, right click → Google Sheet from template (Harbor Loft install sheet)
  • Create a separate install sheet for each scheduled date, then print all sheets
  • Email Chris Ingersoll — separate emails per scheduled dateCheck old emails for the format.
  • Email Mark with each scheduled dateSubject“HL Scheduled for (DATE) — (Building name)”Create a task to call him 2 days before the install as a reminder.Create a task for the day AFTER the install to confirm he sends a report of what got done.
  • When Mark sends the report back, check off units as Installed
  • Let Michael know when complete so he can handle the invoice
